Your customer appears to be a fraudster who is impersonating various crypto wallet exchange services such as but not limited to, Blockchain, RobinHood, Coinbase, Electrum, Kraken, TrustWallet etc.... and is providing fraudulent technical support services and products. Your customer is operating out of an illegal call center in India.
