Scammers posing as McAfee representatives are exploiting unsuspecting individuals by sending fake renewal emails or invoices. These messages typically claim that the recipient's subscription is about to expire or has been auto-renewed, urging them to contact a support number or click a link. Once engaged, the scammers use high-pressure tactics to extract personal information, gain access to devices, or trick victims into making payments for fake services. I just received a call from a PCH scammer, he told me I won 8.5 million dollars. I told him that my financial advisor took care of all my money matters and I would have to have her call him back. He gave me a name, Todd Sloan, and a phone number 917-746-5169. And I ended the call, I did make a report on the FTC site, but thought I would also let you know about this number sinceĀ
